We are looking for a Real Estate agent to handle our leads for rent and property management.
Requirements
:
Active real estate license in Abu Dhabi.
Previous experience as a real estate agent or similar role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and neighborhoods.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in relevant real estate software and tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Arabic & English is a
MUST
.
Qualifications
:
Very good knowledge of the real estate industry within the UAE market
A solid understanding of CRM software with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Real estate listing portals.
3+ years experience in the same role, preferably in the real estate industry
Proficiency in English & Arabic (any other language is a plus.)
Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of our customers and the business.
Strong communication skills
