JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Listing Agent
to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the back-end listing process, ensuring properties are accurately represented and marketed across all platforms. You'll work closely with agents, marketing, and operations to help bring properties to market efficiently and professionally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Source and secure new residential and commercial property listings in Abu Dhabi
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property owners
Conduct market analysis and advise on pricing and rental strategies
Coordinate photography, floor plans, and staging appointments
Create property list in CRM and online platforms (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.)
Ensure all listing documentation is complete and RERA/Abu Dhabi DMT-compliant
Follow up regularly with landlords regarding viewings, offers, and updates
Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to enhance listing exposure
Stay updated on market trends, community developments, and real estate regulations
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of real estate experience (Abu Dhabi market preferred)
Strong network of property owners and developers is a plus
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Odoo) and property portals
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
Professional appearance and conduct
