Key Responsibilities
Secure and manage residential property listings
List, market, and sell residential or commercial properties
Conduct market research
Advise clients on pricing, home staging, and marketing strategy
Coordinate showings, open houses, and feedback
Negotiate offers and manage the contract-to-close process
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Qualification
Prior experience as a listing or buyer's agent preferred
