Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Real Estate Consultant

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have at least

3 years of experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market

, possess strong communication skills in

Arabic and English (speaking & writing),

and have a deep understanding of the local property landscape.

This role involves generating leads, contacting property owners, assisting clients throughout the transaction process, and supporting sales agents in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Make outbound calls to generate leads and identify property availabilities. Contact landlords and property owners in assigned areas to assess listing opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and clients.

Market Research & Property Listings:

Gather and compile property data, including surveys and summary reports. List properties on different real estate portals and keep listings up to date. Stay informed about the latest market trends, property values, and regulations.

Client & Sales Support:

Assist sales agents with deal closings, property viewings, and client meetings. Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, ensuring a smooth experience. Prepare and review offers, contracts, and sales agreements. Provide basic mortgage advisory and other real estate-related services.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience

in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
? Strong

communication skills in Arabic & English (spoken & written).

? Proven track record in

lead generation, sales support, and market research.

? Knowledge of

real estate laws, mortgage processes, and transaction procedures.

? Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
