Job Description

An

, which involves publishing and verifying properties on a CRM portal, preparing contracts, dealing with property owners, managing agent listings and general office administration.

Key Duties:



Publish high quality listings on a CRM and online portals. Ensure all listings are verified and supported by documentation. Publish all documents on Trakheesi System and get Trakheesi permits. Prepare Ejari / Tenancy Contracts, Sale Agreements and other documentation as required. Maintain a professional filing system of all listings and records. Review listing forms of agents and publish agent properties. Schedule property viewing appointments and assign properties to agents. Weekly update with property owners and clients for update. Active follow up with developers and secure new listings for the firm.

There will be commission incentives for meeting targets and listing performance in addition to the salary.



Key Skills:



Well versed in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Verified experience in the Dubai Real Estate field. Self-motivated and a team player. Excellent organsiation and time-management. Honest, enthusiastic and hard-working and presentable.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
