Job Description
Real Estate Leasing Associate is responsible for managing the leasing process, from showing available units to potential tenants to handling lease agreements and renewals. The role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective tenants, and ensuring the property is well-maintained and meets occupancy goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations:
Greet prospective tenants and provide tours of the property and available units. Answer inquiries about the property, amenities, rental terms, and availability. Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants to foster tenant retention. Address tenant complaints or concerns and work with property management to resolve issues promptly.
Leasing:
Explain lease terms, policies, and procedures to potential tenants. Assist in the completion of lease applications and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately. Follow up with prospective tenants to encourage the completion of lease agreements. Review and process lease renewals in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
a degree in business, real estate, or related field is a plus. Good communications skills UAE Drivers license Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., PropertyFinder, Bayut, Dubizzle) is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
