Responsibilities
Market and lease available properties
Handle tenant inquiries and conduct property viewings
Coordinate with property owners and tenants
Prepare tenancy contracts, renewals, and related documentation
Maintain leasing records and update reports
Meet monthly leasing targets
Requirements
Previous experience as a Leasing Agent in the UAE (preferred)
Strong knowledge of rental market and tenancy laws
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
RERA certification (preferred)
UAE driving license (advantage)
