Key Responsibilities:
Market available properties through online platforms and company channels
Respond to leasing inquiries and schedule property viewings
Conduct tours and promote features of units to prospective tenants
Screen and qualify potential tenants per company and UAE regulations
Prepare and process lease agreements and renewals
Coordinate with property management on unit readiness and maintenance
Maintain accurate records of leads, contracts, and occupancy data
Stay updated on rental market trends in Abu Dhabi
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in real estate leasing (UAE experience preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service-oriented with attention to detail
Knowledge of leasing laws and DMT regulations
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Experience with property portals and CRM systems
