- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Provide guidance to sellers/landlords on market conditions, property values, and relevant legislation.
- Assess potential buyers/tenants and ensure they meet the necessary criteria.
- Demonstrate patience and excellent customer service skills.
- Schedule appointments, conduct viewings, and diligently follow up on leads.
- Negotiate offers and manage the contract negotiation process.
- Maintain regular communication with all clients.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- A valid driving license and a car are mandatory.
