Qualification:
- Must have a UAE driver\'s license and a car
- With at least 1 year of experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Arabic speaker is a plus
- Can join immediately
- Provides information about a particular property and the community for a prospective client.
- Offers suggestions to marketing departments on ways to effectively promote and advertise properties.
- Maintains current information on all aspects of a property including size, special features, expiration of current leasing agreements, and pricing.
- Explains leasing policies to prospective renters.
- Matches customer needs with properties that are available for leasing
- Ensures that applications are completed property by prospective tenants
- Reviews leasing contracts with tenants and obtain all required signatures

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
