Job Description

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic female telecallers to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, providing information about our real estate services and other business offerings of our grouping companies, and persuading them to schedule appointments or take further actions. This role is crucial in expanding our client base and contributing to the growth of our real estate business. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or lists. Customer Engagement: Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner, answering their inquiries and providing detailed information about our real estate offerings. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads for our real estate services. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for interested clients to meet with our real estate agents or visit properties. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and information using CRM software. Follow-Up: Follow up with clients who have shown interest but have not yet committed to our services. Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound calls, lead generation, and appointment scheduling. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the real estate market, current property listings, and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients. Requirements:

Proven experience in telemarketing, tele-calling, or a similar role, especially in the real estate sector, is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
Strong persuasion & negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and trends is an advantage.
Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
Candidates on dependent or family visa are most welcome. (NOC will be required from sponsor if candidate is selected)
