Key Responsibilities:

Investment Consultation:

Advise clients on real estate investment strategies to maximize returns.

Market Research:

Conduct in-depth analysis of Abu Dhabi's property market, trends, and forecasts.

Portfolio Management:

Assist clients in building and managing diverse and profitable property portfolios.

Negotiation & Closing:

Secure favorable deals with buyers, sellers, and developers.

Legal & Compliance:

Ensure transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and investment regulations.

Networking:

Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate investment advisory. Strong analytical, financial, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market and investment opportunities. Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate, finance, or related fields (preferred). Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus). UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
