Provide tailored investment advice to clients interested in real estate, focusing on maximizing returns and achieving long-term financial goals. Analyze market trends and data to identify profitable investment opportunities within Abu Dhabi's metropolitan areas. Build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients, offering personalized consultation and expert advice. Assist clients with acquiring UAE Golden Visas through qualified property investments. Conduct financial assessments and risk analyses to ensure informed decision-making for clients. Prepare detailed investment reports, strategies, and forecasts tailored to individual client needs. Collaborate with developers and brokers to access exclusive listings and investment opportunities. Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate laws, regulations, and developments to provide accurate advice.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE real estate license. Extensive experience in real estate investment, with proven success in advising high-value clients. Strong analytical, financial, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of UAE property laws and investment regulations. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
