Key Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Intern, you will:

Support the sales and leasing team with day-to-day operations Assist in property listings, client follow-ups, and documentation Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis Coordinate property viewings and prepare marketing materials Manage data entry on CRM systems and online property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.) Assist in creating social media content for property promotions Learn about RERA regulations, DLD processes, and market trends in Dubai

What We're Looking For

A student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn Fluent in English Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
