Position Overview

What We're Looking For

Currently residing in the UAE Strong spoken English skills Confident and clear communicator (phone sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory) Motivated, dependable, and professional mindset Willingness to learn and grow within a structured support system Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not essential

Key Responsibilities

Engage potential clients using company-provided call scripts Build rapport and understand client property needs Work closely with senior agents and team members to support deal closures Manage follow-ups to ensure a smooth and professional client experience Stay informed on listings and market updates (full training provided)
