Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate sector, with strong expertise in the Dubai off-plan market, as well as the Sharjah real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets

Develop and implement effective sales strategies

Handle high-level client negotiations and close deals

Maintain in-depth knowledge of current market trends in Dubai and Sharjah

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients

Monitor and report on team performance, pipeline, and KPIs

Ensure compliance with RERA and other regulatory bodies

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry in Dubai.

5-7 Years of Experience in Dubai off-plan and secondary property markets

Experience working in or with Sharjah's real estate sector

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

UAE driving license preferred

Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is also mandatory.
