Job Description

Job Responsibilities



Capture high-quality video footage of properties including interior, exterior, drone shots and agent walk-throughs

Professional photo and video for events, Developer's Brieifing, conferences, and brand launches--ideal for internal communication and promotional use.

Use own camera or high-end smartphone to shoot content

Work closely with real estate agents and brokers to understand the key selling points of each property.

Organize and manage video files and archives

Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications



Proven experience as a videographer, preferably in real estate

Skilled in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting kits and drone equipment

Strong storytelling, visual composition and editing skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Portfolio or demo reel is required with application

Job Type: Contract

Experience:

Video/Photography: 3 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

* 100% (Preferred)
