Real Estate Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor - Abu Dhabi

Providential Property Management is seeking a

skilled and client-focused Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor

to oversee the maintenance operations and facilities management of our diverse residential and commercial property portfolio across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)

for residential and commercial properties. Plan and schedule

Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM)

activities. Communicate effectively with tenants and property owners to address requirements and resolve concerns. Supervise and organize

AMC team work schedules

to ensure efficiency. Coordinate procurement and ensure

timely delivery of materials and equipment

. Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets. Deliver

technical presentations

to explain company services and solutions to clients. Build and manage long-term

customer relationships

. Source quotations, review tender documents, and collaborate with design and estimation teams to ensure client specifications and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

.

1-3 years' experience

in property management, facilities supervision, or real estate advisory (UAE experience preferred). Solid knowledge of the

Abu Dhabi real estate market

across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. Familiarity with

UAE property legislation, ownership structures, and freehold/leasehold frameworks

. Proficiency in

MS Office, CRM systems, and property management software

. Excellent communication skills in

English

.

Valid UAE Driving License

required.

Salary

: up to 4000 AED

Al Ghaith Holding Tower, Life Pharmacy Building, 1st floor, Airport Road- Abu Dhabi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
