Bringing commission based work a different outlook overall where you have the support and marketing team working together. We are in search for the following: - Lead generator - Property sales listings finder - Property rental listings finder - Presentable agents who can close - Social media generator - Cold calling lead generator - Video filming producer and maker In our group, we accumulate the monthly closing and then according to each role we split the commission by percentage.
