Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales agents to achieve targets.
Provide
training, coaching, and ongoing mentorship
to improve agent performance.
Develop sales strategies and ensure the team follows best practices in client service.
Support agents during client meetings, negotiations, and property viewings when needed.
Monitor team performance, analyze results, and create action plans for improvement.
Organize regular training sessions on sales techniques, market updates, and closing strategies.
Recruit and onboard new agents, ensuring smooth integration into the team.
Act as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, strong work ethic, and integrity.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum
4-6 years of real estate sales experience
in Dubai/UAE.
Proven
track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Previous experience in leading or training a sales team is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, communities, and investment opportunities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and build a high-performing sales culture.
Organized, result-oriented, and passionate about developing people.
English is required; additional languages are a plus.
