Responsibilities:

Efficiently coordinating communications and interactions among landlords, clients, agents, and third parties, using the company\'s data management system.
Prepare and send professional property proposals to both landlords and prospective clients, showcasing available properties in an enticing manner.
Review, enhance, and upload property advertisements on a variety of property portals, ensuring accurate and compelling listings.
Possess a strong understanding of tenancy contracts and Ejaris (Trakheesi & Oqood System), effectively preparing and managing these documents in compliance with relevant regulations.
Skillfully plan and schedule property viewings, taking into account the preferences and schedules of prospective clients.
Demonstrate a basic knowledge of digital and social media marketing principles, contributing to our property marketing efforts in the digital realm.

Qualifications:

Profound understanding of the real estate industry.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation acumen, and clear communication capabilities.
Familiarity with relevant legal documentation, especially tenancy contracts and Ejaris systems.
Proficiency in digital and social media marketing principles is a plus.
Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
