Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support day-to-day activities of the real estate sales team
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Maintain and update property listings and databases
Schedule and follow up on property viewings and meetings
Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic sales documents
Track leads, maintain CRM records, and generate reports
Assist in preparing sales and leasing agreements
Ensure proper documentation and filing of client records
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate or admin/sales coordination
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
