Required skills and qualifications
Real estate knowledge:
A strong understanding of real estate processes, procedures, and local requirements (e.g., Ejari, Tawtheeq in the UAE).Experience:
5 year's Experience in UAE contract administration or property management is often required.Legal/contractual understanding:
Familiarity with contract law and the ability to interpret contractual clauses.Education:
A qualification in contract management, business law, or a related field can be beneficial.Compliance:
Make sure all activities and contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as those in the UAE real estate market.Administrative skills:
Proficiency in document control, record-keeping, and general administrative tasks.Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with other languages being an advantage.Attention to detail:
Meticulous in reviewing documents for accuracy and in tracking progress against timelines.Contract management:
Prepare, process, and maintain various real estate contracts, including tenancy agreements, renewals, and government-related documents.Document control:
Ensure all contracts and related paperwork are organized, accurate, and up-to-date.Job Type: Full-time
