As a Real Estate Copywriter, you will play a key role in crafting compelling and engaging content that effectively communicates our real estate properties\' unique features, benefits, and value propositions to our target audience. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team, designers, and sales professionals to create content across various channels and platforms, including websites, social media, brochures, and advertisements. Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:

\xc2\xb7 Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for brochures, advertisements, websites, email campaigns, social media posts, and other marketing materials.

• Market Research:

\xc2\xb7 Research to understand market trends, competitor offerings, and target audience preferences.

• Collaboration:

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.

• SEO Optimization:

\xc2\xb7 Optimize content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and descriptions.

• Editing and Proofreading:

\xc2\xb7 Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, grammar, and punctuation. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all content meets quality standards and reflects the brand\'s voice and tone.

• Content Management:

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery and publication of content across various channels. Qualifications:

• FLUENT IN ARABIC AND ENGLISH
• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a copywriter in the real estate industry or related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of real estate terminology, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour.
