Salary: AED8000 + Air Tickets + Medical Insurance JOB DESCRIPTION :

Property listing and marketing by determining property values, competitive pricing, and market trends.
Lead generation and prospecting by proactively seeking out potential buyers and investors through various channels, including networking, referrals, and lead generation platforms.
Attend industry events and participate in community activities to expand your network. Property negotiation and transaction management by assisting buyers and sellers in negotiating favourable terms and conditions.
Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary due diligence activities.
Client relationship management by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Market analysis and reporting by analysing market data, sales statistics, and industry trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management.
