Migdal is a premier real estate company dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients looking to buy, sell, or invest in property in Dubai. The company have vacancy of real estate consultants/agents with below responsibilities and requirements. Responsibilities:
- Determine clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Developing a competitive market price by comparing several properties.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Handle leads and clients requirements and targets wisely.
- Proven working experience of 1-2 years as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Dubai off-plan and secondary market.
