Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experienced as Real Estate Broker is a must.
- Proficient in English.
- Knowledge of documents such as contracts, agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
- Determining clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Strong communication skills and ability to create your own network.
- Outstanding sales and negotiation skills.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Showing properties to potential renters and buyers.
- Valid UAE driving license is highly advantageous.
