\xe2\x80\x93 Carrying out thorough research and analysis of the real estate and/or property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability.
\xe2\x80\x93 Assisting buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing real estate property for the best price and terms.
\xe2\x80\x93 Estimating property value through skilled comparative market analysis and offering the right property to Clients.
\xe2\x80\x93 Maintaining up-to-date and accurate knowledge of government policies and relationships with legal professionals and other consultants to exchange information and boost personal networks.
\xe2\x80\x93 Liaising with legal counsels to prepare sale and lease documents.
\xe2\x80\x93 Overseeing and handling negotiations with real estate agents and/or realtors on behalf of clients.
\xe2\x80\x93 Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
\xe2\x80\x93 Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
\xe2\x80\x93 Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
