Job Description
Job description We are looking for Real Estate Agents /Property Consultants. Willing to work on a commission basis No salary- Commission up to 50% Salary + Incentives profile Applicants must have the following:
- Ability to compare properties to determine a competitive market price.
- Confidence to take prospective buyers or renters to see properties
- Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
- Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Create lists for real estate sale properties.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
- Marketing support will be provided
- On-Time commission Lead generation support
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
