Job Description
Our client, a real estate brokerage firm is seeking to hire a real estate consultant to join their team in Dubai.

- Contacting potential clients to offer them property consultancy services
- Preparing and presenting business proposals to convince clients to sign a consulting deal
- Assessing a client\xe2\x80\x99s property needs.
- Conducting market research to identify areas with increasing profitability and encouraging clients to invest
- Analyzing trends in housing data and identifying possible properties for clients
- Writing reports for clients with factual conclusions
- Showing commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers and advising the client on the value and suitability of the properties
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase the value of the client\xe2\x80\x99s properties.
- Cold calling, generating leads and inventory for the company
- Creating necessary contracts related to the deals viewing and clients\xe2\x80\x99 meeting
- Posting adds on the available portals.
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Broker
- Proven track record of sales
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
- Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
- Trustworthy and results-driven
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Valid RERA and Valid driving licence
- Bilingual; English and Hindi Speakers will be preferred
