Job Description
As a valued Real Estate Consultant with Elora Properties LLC, you will assume a pivotal role in facilitating connections between clients and their dream properties in Dubai. Your duties will encompass:
- Arrange and conduct property showings for potential buyers or tenants.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
- Address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Understand and assess the needs and preferences of clients to provide appropriate property recommendations.
- Provide clients with comparative market analysis reports to help them make informed decisions.
- Highlight property features and benefits and answer questions about the property.
- Stay informed about changes in real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
- Attend training sessions and educational programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Compensation for this role is structured on a commission basis, featuring an enticing commission scheme.
