Position: Real Estate Sales AgentKey Responsibilities:
Contacting leads - Understanding the particular wants and expectations of your clients
Established a local network - Source suitable properties for viewings according to the requirements.
Secure viewings and act as the client\'s "go to" person - Manage the necessary intermediate negotiation stages - Manage and advise the client on the MOU process
Property valuations
Qualifying new leads
Negotiating and finalising deals
Requirements and Skills:
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
Strong communication skills
Have strong knowledge of Dubai communities developers, mortgage rates, fees, service charges, and competitors.
Ability to attend transfer meetings to close out transactions
Leverage your clientele, and achieve monthly sales/lease targets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability
Organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer experience
Valid UAE Driving license
Based in UAE
1 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in in UAE real estate field Benefits:
