Job description To join our thriving real estate team, we are currently looking for an experienced sales representative. We want to hear from you if you are passionate about sales, have a thorough understanding of the real estate market, and can provide first-rate customer service. Responsibilities:
- Business development to identify new investors and clients.
- The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.
- Give clients professional guidance on market trends, property values, and investment possibilities.
- actively look for new clients through networking, recommendations, and other innovative strategies.
- Showcase the features and advantages of properties by holding property viewings and presentations.
- Close deals and engage in negotiation to reach or surpass sales goals.
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in DUBAI Real Estate Market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving license (would be an added advantage)
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
