Job description Real Estate Broker (Leasing & sales) Office Location: Business Bay Responsibilities :
Good communication skills in English Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties\xe2\x80\x99 value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Focus on creating strong client relationships by driving revenue through SALES in Off Plan
- Secondary Market through regular farming & tapping your networks.
- Regularly visit developer offices & create strong networks as well attend new launch briefings
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
