Responsibilities: As a proactive Real Estate Sales Executive, you are expected to:
Provide dedicated services to buyers and investors and assist in purchasing and selling, primary and secondary real estate properties.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents.
Be highly presentable to be consumer-facing when required.
Adheres to real estate laws and has a good knowledge of finance, mortgage, and related government protocols.
