JOB DESCRIPTION

Generating client leads through cold call.
Counseling clients on market conditions, prices
Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.
Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
Full support by team leader and HOS.
Showing properties to potential buyers
Presenting purchase offers to sellers
Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
Maintaining your real estate license and knowledge.
