Responsibilities: Hands on experience in the Dubai property market is required. Knowledge of the latest real estate trends and best practices is preferred. Excellent customer service and negotiation skills. Acquisition of properties for both sale and rent. Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services. Maintain and update listings of your available properties. Able to present, promote and market properties to possible buyers. Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price under the best terms. Prepare necessary documentations to complete transactions (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc) Determine clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit their requirements. Provide customers assistance through the entire sales process. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years proven working experience as a real estate consultant. Must be RERA Certified. Proven track of successful sales record. Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills Pleasant, trustworthy and presentable. MS Office familiarity Knowledge of CRMs and property advertising portals. Car & a UAE driver\xe2\x80\x99s license (required) Ability to work independently with great dedication.
