We are currently seeking an exceptional Real Estate Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. Key responsibilities:
- Call prospective Landlords/Sellers
- Market appraisals at properties
- Take photos and write listings for advertising on major property portals
- Qualify and liase with clients in order to accommodate their requirements
- Prepare market reports to provide upto date market updates
- Regular contact with clients providing/gaining feedback
- Prepare contracts and all necessary documents
- Negotiate and close deals * Follow up on all paperwork as necessary
- Maintain accurate records on properties, clients and owners
- Consistently hit KPIs for calls, listings, viewings and deals
- Carry out any duties that may arise, or as directed, that is in support of haus & haus
- Working days Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Background of sales, persuasive communication, customer service, objection handling or similar
- Driving licence
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong work ethic
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Confident in a commission only environment
- Uncapped earning potential - 50% commission only basis,rising to 55% once promoted to senior
- 20 annual days leave + Christmas (2 weeks) plus an additional days\xe2\x80\x99 holiday for each year of employment
