- A sale specialist with an understating of the UAE real estate market and familiarity, a strong hold and experience in a freehold area/community is a plus
- Someone who has strong negotiation and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- An individual who is sophisticated, well-presented, and self-motivated
- Attractive commission structure (please note that there is no fixed salary but uncapped commissions) of upto 65% of Gross Revenue.
- Extensive Training on Real Estate Sector and sales processes/techniques
- Listings support (Bayut, Dubizzle and Property Finder)
- In-house Marketing support
- Continuous Marketing Leads
- Strong Administrative Support
- Full time employment visa
- Proven track record of at least 1 year in Dubai Real Estate market or minimum 2 years of experience in Sales within UAE.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a must.
- RERA certified agents preferred.
- Self-driven individuals with a positive attitude and team spirit.
- Must be proactive, task-oriented and self-driven.
- Must have proven ability of dealing with multiple clients and efficient serving them.
- Verbal and written proficiency in English is a must.
- Russian and Arabic speaking candidates will be preferred.
- Valid UAE Driving License and Personal Car.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
