We are currently hiring dynamic PROPERTY CONSULTANTS who could join us immediately and become part of one of the most prestigious and well-established Real Estate agencies in Dubai. Please apply only if: 1. Presently living in UAE 2. Has a valid UAE Driver's License with car 3. Has a minimum of one (1) year experience in real estate

• Specialize in assisting investors, and buyers to make appropriate decisions regarding property purchases for Dubai Land
• Act on a timely basis with leads generated by the company call center
• Qualify all leads/information/referrals being passed onto you
• Ensure all system updates pertaining to your daily activities are completed on a timely basis
• Evaluate requirements and objectives of clients to identify their needs
• Assist clients with recommendations and advice on trending, popular neighborhoods/key areas to invest in
• Assist investors in making the purchase of properties and ensure the process is as smooth as possible
• Aim to assist your clients with increasing their portfolios with us
• As a Property Consultant, develop and implement strategies, to effectively increase the profitability of company client portfolios
• Raising client awareness of all company services such as Property Management/Holiday Homes/Lease/Off plan divisions
• Align with the Sales Coordinator on a daily basis regarding schedule and meetings for the day
• Conduct market research and analysis of the Dubai Land area to determine key developments which are increasing in demand interest and profitability
• Build and maintain a trusting relationship with own clients
• Maintain good relations with all internal/external stakeholders
• Attend all mandatory internal/external training requirements that the company recommends

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1-year experience within the Real Estate market in Dubai as a Broker
• UAE Driver's License is a mandatory requirement
• with own vehicle
• Able to support oneself for up-to 3 months while generating business
• Strong Negotiation/Communication Skills
• Well-spoken and Groomed/Presentable
• Motivated and Hungry for success

• Attention to Detail
• Good time management
• Ability to work under pressure
• Interest in continuous learning & self-development
• RERA Certification is an added plus
