Job Description
We are looking for aggressive, self-motivated, professional, and experienced Sales Executives to join our team. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Strong Lease/Sales Negotiation and Communication skills
- Good knowledge of leasing/Sales rules and regulations
- Disciplined and organized
- Presentable and aggressive in reaching monthly targets
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
- Experienced in Selling OFFPLAN & dealing with Secondary Real estate units.
- Networking with agents and property Owners/Landlords
- Mandatory a minimum 1 year of Dubai Sales experience
- Preferably with Driving License
