- At least 1 year of expertise in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Offering guidance to sellers and landlords regarding market conditions, property values, and legal regulations.
- Assessing potential buyers and tenants effectively.
- Demonstrating professionalism and patience in all customer interactions.
- Efficiently managing appointments, conducting property viewings, and actively pursuing potential leads.
- Expertly negotiating offers and overseeing contract negotiations.
- Maintaining consistent and meaningful communication with all clients.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Possession of a valid driver\'s license and a vehicle is mandatory.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Abu Dhabi Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
- UAE Driving license (Required)
