The Role

• Building strong relations with existing and new clients in order to grow network and reputation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Sourcing & Negotiating offers with prospective buyers & sellers/landlords from viewing through to the offer stage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Matching clients to specific properties, arranging and conducting viewings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Regular care calls to all clients following up after each viewing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting market appraisals and valuations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and bankers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers and realtors, especially in Abu Dhabi & Dubai.

Requirements
We are looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our Team: \xe2\x80\xa2 Min 1 Year of property & Real Estate UAE experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English & Arabi, 3rd language desirable but not essential. \xe2\x80\xa2 Presentable, professional and honest. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong networking skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Punctual and contribute to the development of the company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Smart business dress is required at all times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Our team are expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 An excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team player. \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive and hardworking attitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work in a team as well as independently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Dynamic, Passionate and Energetic candidates. \xe2\x80\xa2 A highly motivated individual who is self-disciplined and has a \xe2\x80\x9cpassion\xe2\x80\x9d for Real Estate.
