Aston Gate, founded in Canada, is now launching in Dubai -- and we're looking for a Real Estate Client Advisor who's ready to grow fast, close smart, and help us shape a new kind of real estate firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with investors and end-users interested in Dubai's top projects
Source and convert leads from marketing, referrals, and personal outreach
Manage CRM and WhatsApp-based follow-ups using a structured sales process
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients
Stay current on pricing, inventory, launches, and incentive structures
Attend client meetings, property tours, events, and developer launches
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of experience in Dubai or international real estate (off-plan or luxury preferred)
Polished, client-focused, and results-driven
Fluency in English (Arabic, French, or Russian is an asset)
Familiarity with CRM tools and WhatsApp-based sales communication
Comfortable in a commission-based role with performance-linked rewards
