Job Description

Position

: Chief Accountant

Any Arabic

:



Maintain daily, accurate financial accounts with no backlog.

Provide timely financial information to management.

Safeguard all company assets properly.

Ensure appropriate insurance coverage for all assets.

Prepare and present monthly financial statements by the 7th of each month.

Ensure financial statements are accurate and timely.

Handle all commercial, legal, and statutory requirements.

Ensure timely payment of all dues to suppliers, vendors, contractors, etc.

Ensure timely collection of dues from tenants and provide weekly receivables

statements with aging analysis.

10. Monitor tenant collections for bounced cheques and take timely legal action.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Experience:

Real Estate : 5 years (Required) Accounts: 5 years (Required)
Language:

* Arabic as native language (Required)
