We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy
Cashier to join our Real Estate team.
The ideal candidate will handle all financial transactions related to client payments, rental collections, and office-related receipts while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process payments from tenants, buyers, and clients (cash, cheques, bank transfers, etc.)
Issue official receipts and maintain proper filing for financial records
Reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for accounting and management
Monitor due payments and assist in follow-ups for collections
Coordinate with the leasing, sales, and accounting departments for proper documentation
Ensure cash register is balanced at the end of each shift
Handle petty cash and maintain its replenishment
Respond to client inquiries regarding payment matters
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or Finance is a plus).
Minimum 3 years experience or above as a real estate cashier
or in a similar finance-related role.
Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and customer service skills
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally - is an advantage)

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
