Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and driven Real Estate Brokers of various nationalities -- particularly European, Russian, and Italian -- who are fluent in English and ideally speak additional languages. Whether you're experienced or just starting your real estate career, we welcome your application. Preference will be given to candidates with Dubai real estate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and manage property listings and client inquiries Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and negotiation strategies Conduct property viewings and follow up with leads Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai real estate trends and regulations Achieve sales and leasing targets while delivering excellent customer service

Requirements

Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage: Russian, Italian, Taiwan, etc.) Must be in UAE Dubai real estate experience preferred (but not mandatory for strong candidates) Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Self-motivated and target-driven personality Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
