We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
Source, list, and manage residential and commercial properties for sale and rent.
Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
Maintain updated knowledge of DLD, RERA, and Ejari regulations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, developers, and tenants.
Create and manage property listings on portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and company CRM.
Coordinate with marketing team for property photography, social media campaigns, and lead generation.
Attend networking events, property exhibitions, and open houses to promote listings and services.
Prepare and manage documents including contracts, MOU, Form A/B, tenancy agreements, and POAs.
