The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit this criteria. You will then negotiate rent and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success. Our company is looking for self-motivated enthusiastic energetic and well-experienced Real Estate Agent/Broker to join our team. Responsibilities

• Stage and show living spaces
• Advertise and market living spaces
• Finds and reaches out to new prospects
• Discover clients' criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria
• Negotiate living space rent and close deal with client
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Attend to inquiries professionally to maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Formulate properties tailored to the needs of the clients

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' of sales experience
• MUST have proficient knowledge and a minimum of 1-2 years of solid experience in Dubai real estate sales.
• Highly self-motivated, with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to their work.
• Well presentable, well-groomed, and punctual.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with motivation to overachieve and build a successful career.
• Must be closed deal for atleast 1 sale to provide Visa by the Company
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients.
• Able to work & perform in a target-driven sales environment.
• Ability to join as soon as possible
