Wizhull Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage LLC is expanding its Secondary Market Sales Team. We are looking for
driven and experienced real estate agents
with a strong understanding of Dubai's secondary property market. If you're passionate about sales, property, and exceeding targets--this is your opportunity to thrive!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle buying and selling of
ready (secondary market) residential and commercial properties
Assist clients in identifying the right investment opportunities in Dubai's dynamic market
Conduct property viewings and negotiations with buyers and sellers
Build and maintain a strong network of clients and property owners
Stay up-to-date on market trends, listings, and property values
Ensure all real estate transactions comply with RERA and Dubai Land Department guidelines
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's success
Candidate Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience
in Dubai's real estate market (secondary market preferred)
Strong sales, communication, and closing skills
RERA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Familiar with CRM tools and real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)
Must be currently residing in the UAE
Self-motivated, organized, and result-driven personality
UAE driving license is an advantage
What We Offer:
Basic Salary:
AED 3,000 - AED 5,000/month
(based on experience)
